Ryden has completed a raft of deals at Glasgow Business Park, the city’s premier out-of-town business location.
Autoglass, the UK’s leading vehicle glass repair and replacement company, pre-let 20,000 sq ft on a 10-year lease at Glasgow Trade Park, the larger of the two current industrial developments at Glasgow Business Park. Toyota Material Handling also signed 10-year lease on a 3,000 sq ft unit
At the Park’s second industrial development, Parkway Point, Ryden has concluded terms on four units and has a further two also under offer. Signage company Sign Vision took 1,926 sq ft, Auto Windscreens 1,900 sq ft and National Windscreens 2,500 sq ft. All three units were taken on 10-year leases and achieved rents of £7 per sq ft. Plumbing firm PS Scotland Ltd purchased a 1,626 sq ft unit.
Gregor Harvie at Ryden commented: “The success at Glasgow Business Park is attributable to the quality of the product and its prime location. Enquiries remain strong for the remaining space.”
The developer, Glasgow Business Park Limited, is a joint venture between Citylink Development Company Limited and the Bank of Scotland. Glasgow Trade Park has units available from 3,000 to 24,000 sq ft and Parkway Point’s units range from 2,000 up to 12,500 sq ft.
